Spins & Sips!

The winter blues are beginning to creep in but Bitter Women is ready to kick its bollocks! To keep the bad vibes away, we'll release all endorphins and work out our pub-going legs with a fabulous spin class with Bitter Women's own Krista, at Roguecycle. 

The class is completely beginners friendly (trust us, we haven't moved our glutes since BWB's Not-So-Big Walk to Lewes in AUGUST!) so don't worry if you haven't done any spinning before. The bangers will be blasting and Krista will make sure we're the right amount of thirsty before moving the party to...

THE PUB, of course! After sweating buckets, we'll replenish our body with pints at The West Hill Tavern - our favourite spot by the Station.
